The car will be collected from the customer’s home or they are asked to leave it in the car park. A waiting car park attendant takes keys wearing protective gloves.
Once the customer has received their electronic vehicle health check one of the team follows up with a courtesy call, offering affordable monthly payments.
The advisor submits the application and sends the electronic signature to the customer via email to sign at home.
Bumper will notify you when it is signed. The customer can collect their vehicle or have it delivered back to them.
Advisors should ensure sanitiser and protective clothing are used where necessary.
